Cancellation policy

We offer a 14 day cancellation policy whereby if you cancel more than 2 weeks before your booking we will give you a full refund!! 

Check in times:

​

Check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am. 

​

Finding us:

​

We are located along the A68, take the turning just in front of the Gun Inn (our local!) and follow the road down, veering right towards the farm. You will see the pods to your right! Please do give us a ring if you get lost!

​

Parking:

​

There is one parking space designated to each pod. If you wish to invite friends over please let us know and we can arrange somewhere separate for them to park. 

​

Quiet times:

​

We want people to have a fantastic time away at our pods so we are happy for guests to have a few beers around the fire pit. However we want everybody to be able to experience the quiet and the peacefulness we have here. Quiet times please are between 10pm and 8am

​

Dog policy:

​

Unfortunately we have taken the decision to not allow dogs inside the pods. There is a kennel not too far away in East Woodburn if needed!

Fire pit: 

​

We provide you with one bag of logs per stay which also includes a fire starter. If you need more logs we sell extra bags for £5. You can now select extra logs when you book! :) 

​

WIFI:

​

As this is a nature retreat we decided not to provide WIFI in the pods themselves. That being said we understand people need to stay connected! There is some phone signal on the site and WIFI is available at the Gun Inn (our local pup just up the road!).
